About the San Marino typing test
Type your way through San Marino: Serravalle, Borgo and Maggiore, history from Saint to Marinus, and everyday things such as towers and castles. Check your WPM with San Marino words and download a certificate with the San Marino flag.
Words in this test come from San Marino: places such as Serravalle, Borgo and Maggiore; history including Saint, Marinus and Republic; and everyday things like towers, castles and stamps. They are mixed with common English words, so every round is different. When time is up, enter your name and your certificate is issued with the San Marino flag, your net WPM, accuracy and proficiency level.

How your score is calculated
Every result follows the standard typing-test formulas, and the same numbers are printed on your certificate.
| Gross WPM | (characters typed ÷ 5) ÷ minutes |
| Net WPM | Gross WPM − (incorrect words ÷ minutes) |
| Accuracy | (keystrokes − incorrect keystrokes) ÷ keystrokes |
A character is any letter, number, punctuation mark or space you type; five characters count as one standard word. A word is incorrect if it does not match the passage exactly, including capital letters and punctuation. A mistake you correct with Backspace still counts against accuracy. Pasting is disabled, and the timer starts at your first keystroke and ends at exactly the test duration.
