About the Sudan typing test
Type your way through Sudan: Khartoum, Omdurman and Port, history from Kush to Nubia, and everyday things such as dates and gum. Check your WPM with Sudan words and download a certificate with the Sudan flag.
Words in this test come from Sudan: places such as Khartoum, Omdurman and Port; history including Kush, Nubia and Pyramids; and everyday things like dates, gum and arabic. They are mixed with common English words, so every round is different. When time is up, enter your name and your certificate is issued with the Sudan flag, your net WPM, accuracy and proficiency level.

How your score is calculated
Every result follows the standard typing-test formulas, and the same numbers are printed on your certificate.
| Gross WPM | (characters typed ÷ 5) ÷ minutes |
| Net WPM | Gross WPM − (incorrect words ÷ minutes) |
| Accuracy | (keystrokes − incorrect keystrokes) ÷ keystrokes |
A character is any letter, number, punctuation mark or space you type; five characters count as one standard word. A word is incorrect if it does not match the passage exactly, including capital letters and punctuation. A mistake you correct with Backspace still counts against accuracy. Pasting is disabled, and the timer starts at your first keystroke and ends at exactly the test duration.
