About the Syria typing test
Type your way through Syria: Damascus, Aleppo and Palmyra, history from Ebla to Phoenicians, and everyday things such as olives and pistachios. Check your WPM with Syria words and download a certificate with the Syria flag.
Words in this test come from Syria: places such as Damascus, Aleppo and Palmyra; history including Ebla, Phoenicians and Romans; and everyday things like olives, pistachios and apricots. They are mixed with common English words, so every round is different. When time is up, enter your name and your certificate is issued with the Syria flag, your net WPM, accuracy and proficiency level.

How your score is calculated
Every result follows the standard typing-test formulas, and the same numbers are printed on your certificate.

A character is any letter, number, punctuation mark or space you type; five characters count as one standard word. A word is incorrect if it does not match the passage exactly, including capital letters and punctuation. A mistake you correct with Backspace still counts against accuracy. Pasting is disabled, and the timer starts at your first keystroke and ends at exactly the test duration.
