About the Taiwan typing test
Type your way through Taiwan: Taipei, Kaohsiung and Taichung, history from Dynasty to Qing, and everyday things such as bubble and tea. Check your WPM with Taiwan words and download a certificate with the Taiwan flag.
Words in this test come from Taiwan: places such as Taipei, Kaohsiung and Taichung; history including Dynasty, Qing and Dutch; and everyday things like bubble, tea and noodles. They are mixed with common English words, so every round is different. When time is up, enter your name and your certificate is issued with the Taiwan flag, your net WPM, accuracy and proficiency level.

How your score is calculated
Every result follows the standard typing-test formulas, and the same numbers are printed on your certificate.

A character is any letter, number, punctuation mark or space you type; five characters count as one standard word. A word is incorrect if it does not match the passage exactly, including capital letters and punctuation. A mistake you correct with Backspace still counts against accuracy. Pasting is disabled, and the timer starts at your first keystroke and ends at exactly the test duration.
